Virtual Nutrition Coaching:

Get a personalized nutrition plan through 1:1 nutrition coaching services! We will meet however many times you please. Each session is $50 per 1 session. Each session is about 45-55 minutes long. We will work on creating a nutrition plan together that fits your goals and current lifestyle.

At this time, I am not taking insurance, but this could change in the near future. You can always submit a Superbill in hopes your insurance will cover a visit – ask me more about this at our first session together!

I utilize a HIPAA compliant practice platform called Practice Better. All of our sessions and communication will be done in the app. There are plenty of awesome features the app has, such as nutrition tracking and meal plans, in addition to nutrition counseling!

Starter Plan

for individual nutrition coaching sessions

If you aren’t ready to commit to a package of appointments, or feel this is more affordable for you, no problem! I charge $50 per session together. Sessions 45-55 minutes.

Meal Planning

I do include meal planning (if desired) into nutrition coaching sessions. However, if you are looking just for meal planning, I’ve got you covered! For $20/month you can get a personalized meal plan that fits your likes/dislikes and health goals. I will send you a new meal plan every week that includes fun and interesting recipes.

Once you purchase your subscription, you will be sent an email with a form to fill out. This form helps me create your personalized meal plans! You will then receive instructions on how to access your meal plans.

Virtual Personal Training

If you’re looking to spice your workouts up with a customized workout plan, this subscription is for you! For $30/month you will get a personal workout plan based on your current skills and goals.

I utilize an app called TrainHeroic, which is a personal training coaching app that is easy to use and helps you keep track of your progress. To get started purchase your subscription. You will receive a confirmation email with a few forms to fill out and instructions for downloading the app.

Workout Programs
