Hello! I’m Callie Miller, a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer with a passion for empowering full-time working moms to ditch the diet mentality, improve their body image, and find that elusive work-life balance.

I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle a career, family, and personal health. As a working mom myself, I’ve experienced the struggle of trying to eat well, exercise, and maintain my sanity while managing a busy work schedule and the pressures of parenthood.
