I absolutely love bagels. They are the best carbohydrate source for active mother runners like myself! I found this recipe for 3 ingredient bagels and soon fell in love. These are Greek yogurt bagels that only need 3 ingredients: self-rising flour, Greek yogurt, and everything bagel seasoning.
To keep the everything bagel seasoning, I did spray the bagels with a little bit of olive oil spray before adding the seasoning. The bagels are less dense than a normal bagel recipe, so be prepared they are a bit fluffier! Once they cooled, I was able to slice in half well, put in the toaster, and spread some cream cheese. For a mom with little time already, these 3 ingredient bagels were the best!

Greek Yogurt Bagels
Ingredients
- 1½ cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp olive oil, or olive oil spray
- 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉
- Mix together flour and plain Greek yogurt in a bowl until it forms into a ball.
- Transfer to a floured surface and knead the dough for 8-10 minutes. Knead in more flour if the dough is sticky.
- Divide the dough into four equal parts. Form each part into a bagel shape and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the olive oil or spray olive oil onto the bagels. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven. Increase the temperature to 425℉ and bake an extra 5 minutes to crisp the top.
- Let cool completely and enjoy!
