Greek Yogurt Bagels

This 4-ingredient bagel recipe is easy and fun to make. Obviously, it's not the original bagel recipe, but it's a great way to save time and make your bagels at home!

Ingredients
  

  • cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp olive oil, or olive oil spray
  • 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375℉
  • Mix together flour and plain Greek yogurt in a bowl until it forms into a ball.
  • Transfer to a floured surface and knead the dough for 8-10 minutes. Knead in more flour if the dough is sticky.
  • Divide the dough into four equal parts. Form each part into a bagel shape and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the olive oil or spray olive oil onto the bagels. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven. Increase the temperature to 425℉ and bake an extra 5 minutes to crisp the top.
  • Let cool completely and enjoy!
