Instructions
Saute onions and garlic in oil over medium heat until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook completely.
Add all remaining ingredients and stir together. Let simmer for 10-12 minutes on medium low heat, until slightly reduced.
Simmer on low for 5 minutes. Top with shredded cheese, avocado, or whole grain crackers.
