High Protein Apple Pie Breakfast Parfait
This high protein apple pie breakfast parfait is packed with protein, fiber, and energy to get you through a busy day!

- ¾ cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder or 1 scoop
- 1 apple diced or shredded
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup walnuts optional
Mix together yogurt, protein powder, and cinnamon until combined and fluffy.
Top with diced apples and optional walnuts. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon as desired.
Store in the refrigerator for an easy grab-n-go breakfast, or eat immediately! If you store this recipe and want to prevent apples from browning, toss apples in a spritz of lemon juice before adding to parfait.
