Green is a favorite color in our household. These green muffins provide ample nutrition to start the morning off right, and are super easy to make...all you need is a blender and some muffin tins! It is a perfect breakfast or snack idea.

coconut oil
melted

spinach

bananas

vanilla protein powder

dates
pitted

almond or oat milk
unsweetened

cinnamon

rolled oats

baking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a muffin tin with paper muffin cups, or spray well with non-stick oil spray.
Blend everything together very well, until smooth. Pour into baking cups.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the middles have risen slightly and is cooked through.
